The bracelets I purchased were from a member of Zeta Phi Beta, Incorporated. Upon receiving the item, their was slight damage to one of the charms. I contacted her and she graciously and immediately addressed the issue by offering a new charm. The charm arrived within three days, and was easy to replace. I will absolutely be ordering again and again!!!
